The hotel is very convenient for all areas of interest. Especially for access to Jewish quarter for restaurants. The old town was also in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel offered a reasonable breakfast and having 12.Oclock check out was very helpful.

Everything was fine except we had to change the room key four or five times before they gave us a real key. We enjoyed the location, the staff, the room, the cleaning, the excelent breakfast -- all were fine given the price. Recommend it.

This was a lovely hotel which was very good value for money. Within walking distance of the old town and easy tram links into the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Family weekend in Krakow

Very helpful staff. Free luggage storage and no problems going that extra mile to find a taxi when needed. Good location, close to the old Jewish quarters and within walking distance from the main market square. Breakfast was good and especially our kids enjoyed the variety of sweets :-).

To summarise. Helpful staff. Not a 4 star hotel in my eyes. Rooms are OK (bathroom is too dark, cannot shave properly or put make up on for women) TV channels are limited. Hotel facilities. While the breakfast buffet was nice, there's no real bar at the hotel or restaurant. Just a tiny little bar. The entrance of the hotel from the street is a bit poor as well. The stay in itself was OK but the facilities in the hotel were a bit disappointing. Having said that the good points. Not far from old town by tram 5mns.Also a big shopping mall within walking distance with nice options for food. Shindler factory also within walking distance.

Smart public areas. Twin rooms are far too cramped, partly due to clutter, partly the small size. Room design is pretty average, nothing special despite the brand. Reception staff were pretty frosty. We had problems with car parking. They advertise on-site parking and we chose the hotel for that - but they actually only have 10 spaces (so should read "Limited on-site parking"). All spaces were supposedly all reserved from the next day. We were told we'd have to pay the full day price for only 12 hours for the first day, then move to a public car park, which turned out to be full.

Great location, within walking distance of all major sites. Straddling the old town and the former ghetto. Lovely hotel, has everything you need for a short break. I recommend booking airport transfers directly through the hotel.

Very well located hotel, within the Jewish Quarter and a short tram ride to Old Town. Room and bathroom were very small, but very clean. The entire hotel has a colorful fun vibe! I traveled with another women and felt very safe walking all around the area.

Obwohl wir um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hatten, haben wir ein zur Hauptstraße bekommen. Schlafen war unmöglich da alle Straßenbahnlinien genau vor dem Hotel halten. Personal für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr abwesend und unbeholfen.

We enjoyed our stay at the INX Design Hotel. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs and a great base to explore all the wonderful spots in Krakow. The surrounding area is filled with great cafes, bars and restaurants and the Old Town is easily walked to about in 20 minutes. Wawel Castle is also around a 10-15 min walk. We found the hotel to offer great value for money and were not bothered by the passing of trams which although could be heard from our room, did not disturb us at all. The hotel has good amenities and although we found the gym to be a little small, it was perfectly serviceable. The only downsides of our stay was that the pillows were a little clumpy and the lighting in the room could be slightly better but these are very minor overall. We will be very happy to stay at the INX next time we visit Krakow.
