Checking in was by door code which they sent to me before I arrived so check in was very easy. The room was small but cozy and was perfect because I came to Kraków for the market. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was easy to control. I would stay here again.

Great place for the price

Great little guest house. Tremendous location, just south of the centre of the old town and about 20 minutes from the train station. Clean and comfortable room, good size and very typically Polish in decor. Had everything I wanted and there were irons, games and books available for guests as well. Bathroom was compact but big enough, clean and the water was hot. Didn't see any staff, was emailed the code, all worked well, very enjoyable stay for a reasonable price.

Adequate, but nothing fancy. The room was unique and had characters. Check in was easy. No contact with staff. No cleans of room during stay. Location was perfect. There was a significant amount of dust and cobwebs, but bathroom was clean and modern. Bed was actually a fold down couch and very low to the ground. It was comfortable enough but a little difficult to get out of for the 50+ crowd. Interesting prints on the walls.

As you walk up the stairs to the apartment there is a strange smell of stale food which is quite sickly Once in the apartment you cannot smell it The apartment is in a fantastic location and is clean

The property was incredibly central and affordable however cleanliness left a lot to be desired and as other reviews mentioned there were hairs on the sheets and stains on towels which wasn’t pleasant. With an upgrade to bedding I would feel significantly better about staying. Also there was a horrid smell in the common area like off cheese however the lift to the third floor was appreciated

Good value for money, would stay again

This is a fuss-free hotel, reception I think is open in the morning - otherwise can be reached by phone (we didn't need to). Self service check-in which is really simple and suited us, the room was clean and well presented for the price. My only comment would be that the lack of air conditioning (or even just a fan), meant that the room was very uncomfortable to sleep in with the window open as it allowed noise from the busy street below to travel up (we were on the 1st floor). Overall good value for money though and I would consider staying here again and would recommend as a budget hotel (especially outside of the heat of the summer - this would be perfect in the spring/autumn).

Ubicacion inmejorable

El hotel esta situado a 100 metros de la plaza central por lo que esta en una zona muy buena..las habitaciones son muy pequeñas al igual que las camas pero son sorprendentementw comodas..el hotel es muy viejo y aunque la habitacion estaba limpia los pasillos y la entrada acumulan bastantes trastos y suciedad..se accede mwdiante codigo porque ademas la recepcion practicamente esta cerrada siempre..la habitacion lompia pero no entran ningun dia a cambiarte las sabanas o hacerla..vamos no tiene ningun lujo pero la ubicacion para visitar la ciudad lo suple..hay restaurantes, bares, supermercado etc en todo el alrededor

Really nice location with alot of noise.

We had a very good time in this hotel, and the reason we loved it is also the reason we didn't like it so much. The hotel is in the city centre of old town, which means just a few minutes walk to everything. But that also means alot of party noises in the evening, and so much street washing/cleaning noises in the morning. The hotel itself was very nice, they only clean the rooms every 3 day or something, which i quite liked.There was no breakfast in the hotel, but you could buy a token from the reception and go to another place (we didn't try that, we just went out)

Good value, handy to the square and university

The single room was small but perfectly fine, and with a nice bathroom. Good large windows that open in case the temperatures get really hot again. Bed was comfortable, wifi good, a nice older building. The only strange thing was that the room included an electric jug but no handy power socket to run it from.

Koselig personale som snakket bra engelsk. Meget sentralt, under 5 min gange til markedsplassen. Ikke frokost, anbefaler heller ikke frokosten der hotellet hadde «vouchers». Renholdet var ok. Små, koselige rom.
