「Good」

「The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.」

「When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

「The room and facility was spotless. The room had a few maintenance issues」

「Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

「It was not to clean with the sofa, dishes and bowl. Front desk service kept watching movie on her cell phone. It did not pay attention with customer. 」

「Loved our stay. The staff was fantastic. I’m anxious to see the remodel of the place. It need a little updating. I would have liked to go swimming in the pool, but it’s only 4 1/2 feet deep, what’s the point. The only other complaint was the bed pillows. One was so soft and squishy that it didn’t do anything. The other one was like sleeping on a sandbag. The hotel is in a great location to everything! We will be returning.」

「Very good and clean」

「The overall stay was ok for one night. Wouldn’t have stayed a second. The back of the bathroom door had a hole it as if someone punched it. There were gaps all around the door letting in air and who knows what else. The staff were nice and professional. Perfect for a quick night to sleep after attending football game at Kroger Field!」

「Nice location Extremely overpriced」
