“大牌酒店，位置好，复古风格”

“A nice hotel, everything is clean and comfortable. It is good value for money. I will choose it again if I back to Istanbul.”

“Hotellet hadde en utmerket beliggenhet. Rett ved en hovedgate med full shoppingmuligheter. Mange kjekke utesteder og gode restaurant i nærheten. Kort avstand til Metro. Personalet var gjennomsnittlig imøtekomme. Frokosten var god med tyrkisk vri. Litt mye støy og uro ved frokosten. Liten plass mellom bordene. Rommet hadde nydelig utsikt (9 etasje). Sengen var veldig god, men badet var svært og bar preg av noe slitasje. Treningsrommet lå i kjelleren og var veldig lite og hadde alt for høy……

“The room is small in space but it very clean. The facility is very compact. It is located outside a small street full of restaurants. You would be asked a few times to eat while you walk by. It is a short distance to walk to the major attractions, like St Sophia church and the blue mosque. It is easy to change money and take trans to get around once you are at the area of St. Sophia church. ”

“優:很乾淨、房間寬敞，床大又軟、枕頭也好睡。廁所的連身鏡設計跟插頭的位置也很貼心。每天會補充飲用水。B2的按摩池、烤箱很適合逛完整天後去放鬆一下，健身房設備也很齊全。 櫃檯有位金直髮的櫃檯小姐辦事特別仔細有效率，問她問題很快可以得到有效的解答，覺得她幫了我們不少 缺:附近的路很不平，從捷運站拉大行李過去會有點吃力......如果出錯出口就要斜坡上拉過去(坡度很抖)。不過這附近所有的旅館都會有這種問題，也不光是這間，這間離捷運還算近的了。”

“很差，房间空调一天内修了四次，酒店方面没有任何歉疚，在我们强烈要求下才换了一个同标准房间，态度是他们已经给我们换房间了，就不需要道歉。是我们住过的bestwestren最差的酒店，没有之一。”

“The hotel is quite clean and hotel staff are very helpful. Close to the tram stop Gülhane, it only takes 2 minutes walk to go to the hotel. The hotel location is really great. Situated between the Sirkeci and Sultanahmet, one can easily stroll to the Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet area, Sirkeci train station and many other old town attractions. We stayed there for 6 nights and we will definitely come back.”

“Great hotel, very clean and classy, walking distance to Bagdat street. Restaurant on roof top was nice and the seafood was delicious. Excellent service except they never offered any Expedia VIP access nor service. ”

“Sehr guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett, schöne und saubere Zimmer, alles, was man braucht, ist da. Lage einen schönen Bummel vom Taksim und der Istiklal Caddesi entfernt, allerdings geht das erste Stück einen steilen Berg hoch und ist somit für geheingeschränkte Personen nicht gut zu bewältigen, das sollte man bedenken. Frühstück: kleine leckere Auswahl an Basics, leider ist diese Auswahl bereits pro Gast auf einem Teller angerichtet, so lassen einige Gäste so manches……

“Excellent service, tell as how to go around all the attractions. And friendly staff. Room is clean. But not the spa in the hotel is not as good as what I expected. Have had the spa in the hotel, it is a terrible experience. Not recommend to try. ”

“位置在塔克西姆广场附近，算是繁华区，但是到酒店的街道较窄，且经常堵车。影响也不算太大。酒店环境不错。”

“早餐很一般，酒店接团，所以体验感也不好。 请酒店前台喊车，高峰期等了20分钟，问前台工作人员还要等多久。答复“不知道”。然后前台就和安保去聊天了。服务意识不强。 地理位置离机场30分钟，走路10分钟有个小商场，里面有超市和gratis.离景点都挺远，因为是商务区，上下班很堵车。”
