“Comfortable stay overall with standard Four Seasons services. Excellent location, 1 min walk to major tourist sites. The only thing with this hotel is that it books out the restaurant to big tourist groups and the hotel guests are left without any tables. Same goes for the terrace bar - it was booked out for private events and closed to hotel guests. We were there for 4 nights and not able to enjoy the hotel terrace bar with the Hagia Sophia iconic views. It seems the hotel is more interested in……

“The hotel is in a great location. Close in walking distance to all the important historical sites. Room is comfortable with all the things needed though not fancy. Great communication. Always got message and request back in five minutes through WhatsApp. Breakfast is abundant and very yummy. You don’t need to have lunch after big breakfast. The most important is the super helpful and friendly staff in the night shift. He was an angel - giving me the room when I arrived early at 7 am and……

“I booked this hotel for my mom. First of all, it is great that they accept 3rd party bookings - I was able to pay for her stay with US card without me actually being there. Hotel itself has great location close to the Blue and Haga Sofia mosques. Some rooms have few of the Bosphorus. Staff is very friendly and kind. My mom arrived with 7 am flight, and they were able to accommodate her right away and even provided the breakfast as soon as she arrived at the property. Will definitely recommend……

It was a chilly day in Istanbul and they were kind enough to get us extra heaters to warm the rooms up even more. Large and clean rooms. Helped with luggage, etc. even at 4am when our van came to pick us up to take to airport. ”
