“Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was not great, it was barely replenished not catering for the number of guests. Damp smell in the hallway of the rooms. Did not accept Apple Pay which was very inconvenient. ”

“I stayed at this resort for one week over the New Year holiday with a group of friends. While we were excited to celebrate at the property, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was unacceptable. Several staff members were dismissive and rude during our interactions, and one of the managers we encountered displayed the same unprofessional behavior. This made what should have been an enjoyable holiday stay feel uncomfortable and……

“Breakfast room was good but limited options of food and not a single Nigerian breakfast option provided. The pool area was large but for smokers. As a non smoker, I avoided it to not inhale smokes. Even the only closed area was reserved for smokers. The staff was cautious.”
