“飯店可代訂很多東西…例如租車或摩托車，而且收費合理，另外也很機場接送，而且不用等。 工作人員友善，只是有的英文不太好”

“A comfortable, reasonably clean but reasonably priced boutique hotel situated about 1 kilometer from the beach. Staff are great,good breakfast. Can hire scooters on site and airport transfers are catered for.The only thing we would say is a few things are getting a bit tired, a bit of upkeep required here and there.Our bedroom pillows needed airing(read replacing) or something as they were covered in mould spores under the pillow cases.”

“Overall everything was good, they have private beach, free activities, the breakfast was great. We have booked the private pool villa for our honey moon, the only bad thing was the canel smell bad abit when we turn on the water for shower.”

“上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 ”

“Outside looks better than inside, the swimming pool nice, the room pretty simple, old style but clean, toilet include shampoo,shower gel and hot water, breakfast was ok too.”

“Lovely room but not much of a sea view. Also there was a dreadful smell of sewage in the room when I arrived. The staff did their best to sort it but it should have been noticed before i arrived. Nice breakfast, lovely staff and lovely friendly dog called Dingo.”

“房間大，也乾淨，除了沒有吹風機這點都很棒，飯店位於KUTA BEACH進來後的右手邊快到底的地方，也是KUTA BEACH海岸線最前排，服務人員每個都很親切，進出都會打招呼，原定機場接送的司機很可惡的沒來，緊急請飯店幫忙，連保全都出動載我們去機場，當然有給錢並且給平時更多一點的費用”

“Moisissure sur les murs. Toit qui fuit. Porte qui manque une poignée. Toilette sale. Sans papier toilette. Matelas dur. Air climatisé qui ne se règle pas. Une chance que c'était seulement pour une nuit. Vraiment décevant pour le prix payé vraiment cher pour l'Indonésie ”

“We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful.……
