The rooms where spacious and very cleaned. As we stayed in 2 different room as we extended our stay. Good location to shopping centre, restaurants and 2 minutes from the train station. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Great location very close to station (literally across the street). Very clean, spacious and modern. No visible or dedicated front desk staff nor luggage storage options. Cons: no bathtub to soak in after a long day of site seeing and walking. It was occasionally noisy at night and heard a number of police and fire sirens.

I was too late to check into my Ryokan, so I needed to find something close to the station for overnight. It was modern, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and was very quiet. There was someone there to check me in and help me with my bags and check out was simple. All you need to do scan your QR code. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed during blossom season and this hotel was in an excellent location (near Kyoto station and bus stops). They had a great selection of toiletries and skin care and an easy check-in process assisted by attentive staff. The room was very modern and large for the price and there was a rack to hang clothes too. Would stay again!

Location is great, so close to the train station, many eating places in walking distance. The room size was great, for Japan, and the mini frig came in handy. Hotel staff was exceptional, helped us send our luggage to Osaka! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto

I was shocked that there was no check in counter. Check-in was fairly seemless with the kiosk. Hotel was conviniently located accross the Kyoto Station and the subway entry was directly in front of the hotel. Everything was is walking distance.

This used to be the Ryokan Tomiya before taken over by M’s Hotel. Our first time staying at an M’s. It happened to be the first day it opened, too, so it was a brand new (renovated) room. The security to get in to the building is great. They hold luggage there for you if you get there early. It is at the northeast corner of Kyoto Station, using exit A5 (stairs only) and it’s immediately on your left side! So, it’s very convenient to get to the train/shinkansen/bus terminals. The room size is phenomenal for the price! So much space to sprawl checked baggage! The double bed performed well, although the head pillows were so soft to the point they flattened and needed to be re-fluffed. The efficiency of the room was amazing! Sink and mirror outside of the bathroom is top notch! Mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea are available along with their cute mugs. Desk space, two chairs, a small coffee table, one nightstand with a shelf, plugs on both sides of the bed. There is a balcony with safety bars; our view of the city from there was not good, but when you’re exploring Kyoto, it’s a moot point. Overall, cost performance is high! Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Kyoto!

手洗いが浅いのですぐ水跳ねする。 蛇口が動かないので空気清浄機の水補給も 少ししか出来ず不便。 タオル掛けにくい、ベッドがギシギシいう。 デザイナーズで見た目は良いが使いづらい。
