“Didn’t like the lack of staff when you arrive.”

“Although the room was clean, the staff was not very helpful. Although i was a guest at the hotel i got denied access to the Restaurant Casa Ribeira stating that if i didn’t have a reservation they couldn’t have me, when i clearly saw more than half of the tables empty. Honestly I felt discriminated. Additionally I tried to get hold of the reception for taxi services and they never answered the phone. I had to eat at their lounge restaurant a d the burger was subpar, a McDonalds would have been……

“The hotel boutique was very cute! The Moroccan decor was absolutely beautiful. The room was so nicely decorated and very cozy. The bath towels and bathrobes were nice and crisp. The shower floor and towel warmers were a super nice touch. We had a wine and cheese as a welcome present. The staff was very helpful and helped us get situated. We will be coming back for sure!”

“bad air conditioner, and no tissue no walter no slippers in room, very noisy&terrible food”

“Friendly staff. Rooms clean and adequate. Lovely Spanish feel! Very well located to enjoy Triana”

“Big room in a great location in Sevilla.”

“The environment of the hotel is excellent. Room is super nice and we really have a good rest during our stay!”

“Overall, I had a positive experience at Futurotel Sevilla. The staff was friendly, attentive, and responsive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated how proactive the staff was in keeping the common areas and accommodations impeccable. A special mention goes to Karla at reception, whose positive attitude, professionalism, and proactive approach to addressing questions and requests truly stood out. She was welcoming, approachable, and genuinely……

“Although the location was good, I don't recommend staying at Triana Backpackers. After my stay I noticed some bed bug bites. The room was so small that there wasn't enough room for our luggage and the beds were uncomfortable. Moreover, the room was very loud. However, it was a nice surprise that breakfast was free”

“Inside the suite was spacious, nice and clean. I didn't like the location.”
