“An amazing place with a gorgeous view! Spotlessly clean and very modern. We only stayed one night, sadly, but I would have stayed two despite it being somewhat far from some tourist spots. The sun rises and sets on the other side of the building that this apartment is under so it never gets too hot. We were there in January so not so hot as in summer but still lovely and warm. “We were in CR for a month and stayed here for five days. We loved the quiet gated community with a pool and plenty of wildlife. The villa was perfect for us with just a short drive to several beaches and markets. Mary has the house fully stocked to make your beach experience easy for travelers; beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels etc. Our favorite part was watching the monkeys and macaws out by the pool in the evenings. “It was exactly as it was listed. Thank goodness for the fan in the room, otherwise no AC was rough. Great area to walk around and explore local stores and sodas. The owner was so helpful and nice! The shared shower was clean, wish there were more places to hang your things though. Requesting bfast was odd bc you had to go find her, I felt weird getting into her person home space. One night she locked the gate on my partner as he was out exploring the town late at night, thought that was odd,……
