“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. “Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……

“The staff at this property is top-notch. They go out of their way to show true Mexican hospitality, quality service and a friendly vibe. Deni, Rigo, Ana & Marco (as well as everyone else) were amazing. The foods and drinks at the restaurant were delicious! Will definitely stay again. The only thing I would improve are the small appliances inside the apartment, the Wi-Fi and maybe add a few basic essentials for cooking (salt, pepper, utensils, cooking oil).”

“Our room overlooked the Park with all of the mosaic benches, it was so pretty! We were just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the Pier. There were lots of bars, dancing, shopping, and restaurants within a few blocks. It was a great location in the Romantic Zone!”

“If you communicate with the property, as they ask in their welcome email, they will get in touch with you as your arrival time gets closer. Upon arrival, it was obvious that this was a very popular and lively part of town. The staff was helpful, kind, and willing to speak in both Spanish and English, to fit our needs. It was a well-kept property with very thorough cleaning from the ladies who keep everything running. The beach is two blocks away, passing restaurants, shops, and so much more! For……

“Excellent property and spotless room. Loved the pool at the roof and close walk to the beach. This is our fourth time staying here and we will be back!”

“The place is nice and quiet and comfortable, however the WiFi is only in the bedroom making it very unsatisfactory to use. Only one blanket in the room and 2 pillows, the bed is not comfortable at all. The pool water is dirty and they do not keep the filters on making the water filthy. But overall everything else was fine. The staff is awesome.”

“The AC leaked on us all night. Could not sleep. Everything was falling apart from the ice bucket to the hanging soap dish. Extra cost for swimming towels, everything. Good for the price and location. Great place if you want to stay near locals and the swimming pool is awesome. ”

“It was a little confusing where to check in as it was also a timeshare, but the staff was kind and pointed us in the right direction. Most of the staff knew English which was awesome since my Spanish is so poor. The room was great, with a beautiful view of one of the eight pools and ocean. Finding the room was a little tricky and we were on the top floor, which meant a lot of srairs, including the last spiral, narrow staircase leading to the room, but we got used tonit pretty quickly.
