"The floor was filthy. Obviously never cleaned. My white socks dirtied instantly. The faucet leaked, told the front desk, they came to the room looked and said they'd fix it after we left in 4 days. Looked like it was a great property before the let it get dirty and run down. Mirrors were dirty. TV remote didnt work so i had to go get batteries first then a new remote. No towels for the dirty pool, front desk was really super slow getting them out. Dont trust the photos online, that was clrarly years ago."

"The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."

"The home at La Paloma is a true home away from home—impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The home boasts a well-stocked cook’s kitchen, an incredible desert setting, and an outdoor space that beckons. Our hosts could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Everything was as expected from the listing, and even better in person. We’ve stayed a few weeks in several Tucson homes, and this is by far the best! "
