“Schönes Hotel mit Potenzial und traumhaftem Ausblick. Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, haben viele Vögel gesehen und tolle Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Trotzdem möchten wir einige Kritikpunkte ehrlich teilen. Auf unserer Reise mit 9 Unterkünften (3–4 Sterne, B&Bs) war dieses Hotel das teuerste – leider auch mit dem schwächsten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Erreichbarkeit vorab war schwierig, erst nach mehreren Versuchen erhielten wir eine Antwort. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber……

“Hôtel à éviter, attente de 10mn devant le portail fermé sans sonnette à l'arrivée, accueil quasi clandestin par une gardienne femme de ménage ne parlant que l'espagnol et pas prévenue de notre arrivée alors que j'avais réservé depuis des semaines, essayant de me passer au téléphone la patronne me raccrochant au nez à plusieurs reprises, pas d'enregistrement d'arrivée, aucun autre personnel, aucune prestation autre qu'un médiocre petit déjeuner, aucune boisson disponible, bar et piscine fermées,……

“My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and had the most amazing time! The property is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and just the right amount of isolation in the mountains. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, always checking to make sure you're having a great time. The excursions were fantastic, we highly recommend the white water rafting! “Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the bungalow. Balcony view breath taking. Seafood rice in their restaurant was fantastic as was the free breakfast the next morning. We did the zip line the next day. Not for the faint of heart but well worth it.”

“Quiet, clean, and abounding with lovely rustic charm. A terrific place to unplug and get back to nature. Staff is kind, grounds are just beautiful with lots of places to tuck oneself in with a book or to just daydream. Breakfast was perfect. My husband recommends their pancakes:)”

“The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but……
