"Very helpful communication from booking until departure. The house is great! We were there in the off-season so did not get to enjoy any of the surroundings or businesses nearby but it looks fun for the spring and summer."

"The house was incredibly spacious with a wonderful kitchen and lots of space to entertain. Parking was ample and nice and flat, unlike a lot of places around that area, and communication with the host was amazing. She wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and told us to reach out if anything came up. Great place for a family event or large gathering. "

"We stayed at Norris Nook for thanksgiving 2025. Family of 25, we had plenty of room. House was clean and spacious. Loved fully stocked kitchen that had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking thanksgiving dinner. Loved that there are two ovens and two fridges and two dishwashers, it was amazing for our big group! Plenty of seating with two large tables and seating around the island. One thing we were a little disappointed about, the beds weren’t done when we arrived, sheets were provided but beds not made. We had to do it ourselves, because of that some of the sheets didn't match the bed size and couldn’t be used(twin size sheets for queen bed) we had to use flat sheets to cover the mattress. Also, if staying there in the colder months, bring your warmer blankets. The covers on beds are very light and even though there were few throw blankets on couches and heaters, if you like a warm blanket, bring your own. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! "

"If you are looking for a place to gather with family and friends, this is a great choice. We stayed in November to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, so the lake was not a huge draw. The water level was down by the house this time of year and not useable (we knew this and didn’t plan to have a boat). We chose this place as the location was central for us and it was large to accommodate our group of 20. Plenty of beds, kitchen was large with two of everything, and two large tables for dining. The golden T golf game was fun, as was the ping pong and hot tub. This neighborhood is full of rentals, so if you are coming with a group and need more than one house, you could easily find another close by. We walked the neighborhood in the morning, it has a few very steep hills, so you will get a workout for sure! Driveway accommodated our six vehicles. Overall, we enjoyed this place for a weekend with family. We said it would be fun to come in the summer and bring a boat!"
