Prospect Street sets the tone before you even unlock a door — walkable, palm-lined, and running along the bluffs where La Jolla meets the Pacific. Seashore takes over seven apartments on this stretch, which makes it a rare find for a group that wants to travel together without living on top of one another. The Cove sits about five minutes away on foot, close enough that a morning swim can happen before anyone's made coffee.

The seven apartments share the same layout, so nobody draws the short straw. Each one opens into a contemporary living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, has a fully equipped kitchen for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner, and pairs a king bedroom with a full bathroom — private space to retreat to at the end of the day, and a front door to close behind you. The design runs clean and modern throughout: light, uncluttered, and easy to settle into after hours in the salt air.

Outside, the village handles the rest. Prospect and Girard are lined with boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, most of it within a few blocks. Down Coast Boulevard, the Children's Pool draws harbor seals onto the sand year-round, and the sea lions at the Cove make themselves heard whether you go looking for them or not. La Jolla Shores, wide and calm, is the better call for paddleboarding or a long beach day, and Birch Aquarium sits just up the hill at Scripps. Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve is a short drive north for clifftop trails above the ocean, and when the group wants something louder, Belmont Park and its beachfront roller coaster are about twenty minutes down the coast in Mission Beach.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Please note that these homes are surrounded by restaurants and are situated in a busy area with strong nightlife activity.
- Please note, we do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property.
- These home are located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting thes homes, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

Parking Details:
No parking is available on site, we highly encourage Uber or Lyft. Street parking is limited and garage parking is at a cost; not affiliated with our property.

Each home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
