「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「Wished restaurant turned off parking lights at night, but not the property's fault. Other than that, great stay」

「Loved this property! It was so clean and convenient to a places. There were plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The property was IMMACULATE. There were beach chairs, towels, and umbrella for us to use. There is a bar a block down that is open late and very loud. We didn’t mind but just a heads up if you’re looking for something quiet on the weekends. Check in was so simple. Even though there was no assigned parking, we had no issues finding any nearby. 」

「We loved our weekend there, hope we had more time to stay. The Villa was amazing, fully equipped and beautiful. We only hoped they had coffee but they didn’t. We are looking forward to another stay. 」

「Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome. 」

「Property is beautiful. Sits on almost a private beach. Absolutely breathtaking. Location very convenient for getting to area attractions. Full grocery store, Walgreens and even McDonald's only 10 minutes away. Restaurants galore. Delicious food. Unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Huge living room with nice sized balcony. And kitchen fully equipped for any cook. Had a most wonderful time, highly recommend to all.」

「Building and pool are nice and well kept. Room could use some TLC but it worked well for sleeping and cooking small meals.」

「Outside building needs a little touch up but do not let that fool you. Julio place is very clean.Everything you need is there from kitchen pots to chair and umbrella for the beach. Very quiet street and close to restaurant,shopping and the Kioskos. Cooler was nice too. Thank You」

「Great location for going to the beach, kayak to bioluminescent bay, 30 minutes to el yunque forest, 30 minutes to ferry to go to vieques/culebra island. Minor inconvenience was shower curtain non functional , water would be everywhere in bathroom after shower, sink drain was very slow. Otherwise a wonderful stay.」
