“Alles war perfekt. Zimmer war in Ordnung, kein Luxus aber schön eingerichtet und mit tollem Meerblick. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. ”

Óxidos en la agarradera de la bañera, moho en la silicona de la ducha, antiguos colgadores de las otras mangueras de duchas anteriores, puerta de la habitación 402 que no cierra el cerrojo. Respecto a l recepcionista que me atendió una prepotente y con muy poca educación. Muy mal todo la verdad ”

“Clean room nice cozy feel, very friendly and attentative staff. You dont feel like stepping out of the hotel and instead sit in seating area in the library and spend quality time. The breakfast was excellent.”

“Great place, near everything! Metro, food, stores! Location is very safe and the receptionists are very very friendly! They are very helpful esp with regards to a referral of great food nearby.”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“Ho soggiornato al Resa Patacona a Gennaio. Le stanze erano molto pulite e in ordine, essenziali e senza particolari pretese: niente di speciale, ma funzionali. La ragazza alla reception è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile, cosa sicuramente apprezzabile. Per il resto, però, la struttura è un grande palazzone con un numero enorme di camere, che dà più l’idea di una residenza o ostello per studenti che di un vero hotel, e questo toglie un po’ di atmosfera. “Wir hatten in der Wintersaison ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit 3 Betten. Leider war das Zimmer sonst auf 2 Personen vorbereitet (Handtücher, Decken, keine zusätzliche Kissen). Klopapier wurde nicht nachgelegt. Wir mussten viel erfragen an der Rezeption. Daher Abzüge bzgl des Services. Ungewöhnlich fand ich dass ein 4 Sterne Hotel Plastikbecher im Zimmer anbietet und sonst keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasser oder Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war in der Wintersaison eingeschränkt und das Besteck……

“Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.”

“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”
