Great property, clean, comfortable, exactly matches photos! We spent most of the time in the amazing backyard with its pool and hot tub, with tons of space, outdoor table, lounge chairs, and bbq grill. Good location close to many restaurants and shops yet on a quiet street. Good communication with host and seamless check-in. Will gladly return for a future trip!

Excellent communication with Alex, timely and considerate, our property manager! I believe we got exactly what we expected during a highly sought after weekend for rentals, in terms of price and value!! Home has all that you need and makes the most of it’s space with an excellent layout. Bag of ice waiting in the freezer, 3rd bedroom that sleeps 6 comfortably in a Queen and double bunk beds. Only opportunity would be a bit cleaner specific to floors and back yard landscape and furniture. Backyard had some trash and seemed as though it was used for parties and not very clean and cushions not pulled when not in use therefore dusty/dirty for the weekend. But overall, a wonderful property for the price and everything a large family or 2 small families would need for a fun, safe weekend!!! Tysm Alex!!!

Comfortable and clean

We had a nice and relaxing stay. Everything was pretty much as described. Very comfortable ( one small exception being kitchen table chair - hard metal type- would recommend something a bit more comfortable). After booking we received a long and detailed list including all the damage charges that would be applied for various issues (extra trash, noise etc). There must have been some previous issues / problems for this info to be so extensive - so that would be understandable, but we were sent reminders as well during our stay. Weren’t sure if something had happened which was doubtful since we were super quiet and mostly gone during the day. We didn’t use that pool but used the spa each day which was very nice. However could find how to turn on the pool lights at night which were shown in the pics. Kitchen supplies were pretty good -but there were no paper towels which we thought were needed - otherwise everything else was great!
