“We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). We really enjoyed food at breakfast and for 3 dinners (roof top setting was beautiful). Everyone was so helpful. The library……

“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……
