「Our room smelled like sewage - it was also VERY loud - although they provided ear plugs, I wished it had been somewhere so we were prepared. The location is cool if you are there for the party scene - it wasn’t ideal with kids. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating.」

「We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. This place is in a perfect area to walk to all the areas with restaurants and shopping. Our stay 」

「Beautiful building and interior decoration and the room was big even for 4 people. Warm and welcoming staff who were very helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room earlier than the usual times, which we had requested because we had to leave early. Would definitely recommend! 」

「今年4月才开的，位于一栋建筑内，这栋建筑特别有意思，类似中国的天井。酒店设施非常新，设备也现代化，有电梯上楼，早餐也很棒，总共4个套房，各自一个主题命名。有两个套房可合并作为大套房，本次有幸入住，很大 空高也非常高和装修相得益彰，分别都有小阳台。要过两道大门（大门很有意思）也安全，门卡和钥匙相结合。位于那不勒斯火车站步行15-20分钟路程的位置，建筑身后不远处就是逛街区域，很方便也很好找，我们是晚上抵达，提前联系了房东了解了信息，反馈很迅速且信息也很全面，从机场打车也很好找。照了房间美丽的照片暂时无法分享很遗憾，图片没有实物美。」

「Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. 」

「The description in Expedia is misleading, the property is like Airbnb or guest house, it has only 6 rooms un 3rd floor in old building, there is one small old elevator. The receptionist is rarely there, but they communicate well on WhatsApp. The reception, kitchen and breakfast area are all in small rooms. The best thing about this property is very large clean remodeled bathroom. It doesn't worrh the price. 」
