「Keri was very responsive, guest house was easy to locate and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Appreciated the fridge, hot plate, and kitchen furnishings for simple cooked meals. Bed was very comfortable and the mini-split kept the bedroom a nice sleeping temperature while it was cold outside. Thanks for a comfortable stay…..Will definitely stay again.」

「Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...

「This is a gem of a mom and pop hotel. Def no frills, but the shower was hot, the pillows and mattresses were comfortable and the coffee was plentiful. This place is like a well mom and pop from 40 years ago, but open today and properly managed. The man at the desk was also the owner. We’ll be back! 」
