“Room was clean, staff was good. Breakfast included hot and cold cereal, make your own waffle, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, milk and juice. Hotel was located near the highway and near resturants. ”

“Was pet friendly but charged more per pet than advertised, cash only. Linens might have been clean but were so stained and dingy, it was had to tell - replace or use some bleach every so often. Continental breakfast advertised was cereal/milk, coffee, oj and one pack of blueberry muffins - do a pack and go breakfast if you don’t want to serve food. Or don’t advertise you serve a continental breakfast. ”

“The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep.”

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. “Room was clean, bed was comfy. Bad experience at check-in. I was allowed to check-in early and my keycard worked. But I walked in on another guest(?) still in the room. Very embarrassing. I had to go down and ask for a different room. Did not use amenities so unable to review. Poorly stocked convenience items for purchase. Tried to buy drink and desk person said she did not know how to charge me. Nearby restaurant was good. Very convenient to convention center. Parking garage was very tight,……
