“Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were beautiful! So many beautiful pools to swim in and the included breakfast was great. Had all the expected options and we loved the sourdough bread (baked in house). There were a few random fees but none that applied to us! Would have given 5 stars but the only issue was my husband got food poisoning from the room service. Not a great look for a 5 star hotel. They wouldn’t refund us the food and said “if we get other reports of food poisoning then we can refund……

“It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊”
