“It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊”

“Ich wusze nicht das ich sagen muß das sie das zimmer säubern sollen und das Handuch wechsel das muss mann dehnen sagen ansonsten machen die das nicht .Von einem 3 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eigendlich das die das machen . Vor meinen Zimmer hing der lüfter der klimaanlage vom nachbarzimmer und wenn die an ging war die so laut das man nicht schlafen konnte. Und wenn die Muslemen früh und abend ihr gejaule los legten war auch nicht schön .Für ein durchgangshotel geht es aber für länger würde ich es……

“The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The staff were all fantastic…always so friendly and helpful. The hotel has several pools that get cleaned daily. They made up our room and provided water, coffee, creamer and sugar daily. They can also help you rent a scooter, delivered to the hotel. The only thing I could suggest is that they have their fitness room equipment serviced and perhaps add a few more sets of dumbbells.”

“Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.”

“The location is magical. Stuff very nice and very welcoming even they can't speak well English. There is no hot watter and WC papers. ”

“Well a bumpy start but this was fixed rapidly buy the young girl on reception. The morning buffet with egg station was better than most hotels and had a resonable selection. I advise the duluxe larger rooms over the villas as they are a little dated and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. The staff where exceptional.”

“We turned up to the villa we had booked to find another family was in the villa for the time we had booked, we contacted the owner to find out that and double booked and they moved us to another place without a swimming pool in the middle of no where, on arrival workers was present working on the ground surrounding the property. The villa was not fully finished or sealed with bugs everywhere and my partner was bitten so much it totally destroyed our holiday. So upset this allowed to happen we……
