“One day shift female receptionist is very rude and impolite! When I confirmed my booking, she turned up her nose and flipped our passports. It’s very rude! In addition, the rest receptionist have racism against the guests other than the white! When we checked out and departed, they help the whites carrying their luggage into the shuttle, but ignore us entirely. ”

“Rooms have very thin walls. The daily fire show is absolutely pointless as you are sat on a beautiful beach with beautiful surroundings. Then all of a sudden some people turn up with the loudest speaker playing the worst music burning kerosene. Not needed and about as entertaining as a broken leg. Onsite singers also not particularly entertaining as can’t really sing. Some ambient vibes would be better. Breakfast hall too small for the amount of people. Lovely people but wouldn’t return.”

“Hotel and staff were fabulous. Food was amazing Boat excursion was spectacular. Rented a motorcycle and drove all over the island. Saw elephant sanctuary ate local food. Everything was unbelievable. An experience to cherish forever”

“飯店地點很方便，對面就有全家便利店、機車出租、行程購買，不遠處有7-11便利店，步行至奧南沙灘、奧南大街距離近。早餐種類多，選擇性多，有很多印度咖哩類的料理，惟須要避開用餐人潮，方能享受悠閒的用餐時光。對於飯店住宿品質整體來說，算是非常的不錯。唯獨因部分住宿客人的行為不優，讓此次住宿經驗有點不舒服，該國籍客人在客房外走廊喧鬧嬉戲甚至亂敲我的房門以致干擾到我，晚上12點左右，客房外以及樓上都有大聲喧鬧嬉戲的情形，噪音聲響及腳步震動聲持續甚久擾人清夢。”

“We're in general very happy with the service provided, F&B quality and the activities available in this resort. However, we feel that the in villa swimming pool is really showing its age and needs refurbishing or even replacement, same as the shower room. Other than that, this ten years old property is still in pretty good condition. One thing we didn't expect is that there were a lot of families with small kids in the resort. “酒店离机场45分钟车程，整个酒店安静漂亮，特别大的床，睡起来有些奇怪的感觉，因为太长了，是两张大床连在一起，但总体还舒服，餐饮海鲜餐厅很好吃，泰餐也可以，早餐不错，风景非常漂亮，海水一般，没有沙滩，有礁石，风景如画。”

“The location is very good, can walk to the east and west coasts through the hotel nice garden, and the restaurant and swimming pool face to the sunset beach. Outside everything is beautiful but the room is old.There is no hot water in the bathtub in the outdoor yard,no slippers, and there is a heavy smell of sewage in the room. it is okay if you just stay for one night.”
