“The property itself was extremely nice. The interior was very clean, spacious, and well lit. Every room had great beds and closets with dressers. Plenty of televisions and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Nice appliances and the washer and dryer was great to have. Water was nice and hot !We stayed on the third level which was great but long steps. Might be harder for those that aren’t mobile. Only thing that I would say is negative is the outside area around the neighborhood. Many……

“Let’s just start by saying the communication between VRBO and Hosteeva to the guest needs much improvement. This was my first time using VRBO and I will not do it again. The unit was owned by Hosteeva but we rented through VRBO and paid the VRBO service fee. However - every time we had a facility question - our question was sent from VRBO to Hosteeva and then Hosteeva response was blocked by VRBO. Instead, we would receive an email asking if we were happy with our response. The answer was always……

“Apartment was very clean and everything needed such as a Mr. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all kitchen eating and cooking necessities were all available.Location was perfect for the St. Charles Trolley, and the WW2 Museum was a 5-10 minute walk. The nearest Hop On Hop Off Bus Stop was located at the Museum, so it was very convenient for touring. Parking on the street was also very convenient and safe.Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Thank you!”
