Located in Carvoeiro, one of the best areas in the Algarve and just a few minutes from the beaches, Villa Renaissance is a magnificent property with 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas, ideal for those seeking relaxing holidays.



On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, all equipped with air conditioning. On this level there is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed in the indoor dining area or outside.



The open plan living and dining area provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with a dining table and chairs as well as cozy sofas that are perfect for relaxing. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and another with a walk in shower.



On the upper floor, there is an en suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.



Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost) is surrounded by sun loungers and invites you to relax in the sun, while the two outdoor dining areas and the barbecue make this space ideal for al fresco meals.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
