Villa MARAMAR is located on the Algarve near the Atlantic coast (approx. 300m) in an exclusive and quiet area of ​​Carvoeiro without through traffic.

The particularly large private pool with skin-friendly salt water, sun loungers / parasols and barbecues is located right next to the house. So you can also keep an eye on the children.

With a game of BILLIARDS or table tennis you can enjoy the sunset by the sea close to the barbecues.

From June 2024 there will also be a private beach volleyball court (16m x 8m) in the rear part of the property (marked in yellow - new pictures will follow).

There you can play basketball or football as well.
A punching bag with 4 gloves and a weight station is also available.

For the kids:
there is table football, darts, a trampoline, ping-pong, basketball or football .. in the house:
a PlayStation, Disney TV, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video - in both living rooms on extra large flat screens!

The legendary Carvoeiro tennis club can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The house itself has 6 bedrooms with black-out blinds, 5 bathrooms (each with hairdryer), 2 living rooms (with sofa beds) and 2 fully equipped kitchens with 2 large refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, various coffee machines, air fryers and various kitchen appliances.
You don't have to worry about anything - everything is there:
from spices to shampoo to bed linen.
The rooms are equipped with 5 air conditioning units and various fans.
The 5 flat screens have satellite reception, regional television as well as Netflix and Prime Video.
A PlayStation is connected as well - you can also receive your radio stations via satellite.
Several repeaters ensure fast internet throughout the house and outside.

The nearest restaurant is on the same street (approx. 200m away).

You need about 45 minutes by car to get to the accommodation from Faro airport.
You can also get there by bus or shuttle.

The parking space for up to 6 cars is located on the property - in the entrance area.
