The "Intermarchè" supermarket is a 4-minute drive, and "Boavista" golf course is 5 minutes away by car.



House rules: Please leave kitchen appliances and surfaces clean, wash dishes, clean the barbecue, and dispose of rubbish in the outside bins at check-out. Turn off air conditioning when leaving. Please avoid disturbing neighbors. No pets or parties allowed. Pool open from 8 am to 8 pm. The property has an elevator.
