Lovely Apartment, Ponta da Piedade Natural Reserve, Camilo Beach, Dona Ana Beach

Lovely spacious two bedroom second floor end apartment with balcony, situated minutes walk away from peaceful cliff top walks and stunning covey beaches. The accommodation is very comfortable and is one of a small complex of ten which share a lovely private pool (including children's pool) and garden to which the apartments have exclusive use. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk of Camilo beach, where there is a very nice restaurant/cafe and stunning views. Lovely Dona Ana beach is also within 10 minutes walk and you will find many other covey beaches as you walk along the cliff tops, some of which are quite secluded. Also within easy walking distance is the lighthouse at Ponta da Piedade where you can take a boat trip through the Grottos. The apartment is also only 15-20 minutes walk (5 mins drive) to the old town of Lagos which has managed to retain its character and where you will find a huge choice of restaurants and bars and some lovely shops.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll. (nächster Strand zu Fuß in 10 min: Plaia do Camilo. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Lagos: 25 min. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und sauber . Der Garten mit Pool auch sehr schön.

Goed appartement met zwembad

Complex van 10 appartementen. Appartement op de hoek op de 1e etage. Dichtbij strand. Praia Camilo is nog geen 10 min lopen, wel flinke trap. Wij zijn naar Praia Dona Ana gegaan. Er lagen parasols in het appartement. Helaas veel algen/zeewier in de zee en op het strand. Op nog geen kwartier lopen naar uitkijkpunt Ponta da Piedade. We hadden onze auto bij ons, maar zijn ook een keer met een Uber naar het centrum van Lagos gegaan. Dit kost nog geen 4,50.Keuken was goed uitgerust, grotere koelkast zou fijn zijn. Ik hou wel van harde bedden, maar deze waren wel echt heel hard, mijn zoon heeft zelfs last van z'n rug nu. Airco alleen in de woonkamer, de slaapkamers zijn warm. Geen wifi, gelukkig hadden we een e-sim.Zwembad is prima, iets meer ligbedden en stoelen zou fijn zijn. Waren nu maar 2 ligbedden. Je kon wel lekker in de schaduw van de palmboom liggen. Grootte van woonkamer, slaapkamers en badkamer verder prima.

Schöne Lage und alles schnell erreichbar

Super Kommunikation. Alles lief freundlich und schnell. Zu Fuß schnell an schönen Stränden. Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt/Altstadt. Ruhige und saubere Anlage. Große und saubere Wohnung. Das Interior könnte moderner werden. Die Betten sind uns eindeutig viel zu hart.

Charmant condo!

Appartement bien situé, près des plages. Petite épicerie située à une dizaine de minutes de marche. Très propre! Cuisine bien équipée. Photos représentatives de la réalité. Piscine appréciée lors des soirées chaudes! Coin tranquille! On se sent chez soi! Merci à Colette qui a été d'une aide précieuse alors que nous cherchions l'adresse très tard le soir!!

Great place for a family holiday

A great place for a family holiday. The flat was in perfect shape when we moved in. Information received by Paula regarding the place, how to get there, how to get the keys etc. was accurate with no open questions left. Paula is a very good host who responds to messages very fast. I can definitely recommend it!

Unser Sommerurlaub in Lagos

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub... Die Wohnung war groß und hell und hat uns gut gefallen. Sie war gut ausgestattet und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. WLAN gab es nicht, aber das haben wir mit den mobilen Daten ganz gut überbrücken können. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage, aber die haben wir nicht gebraucht, da man sehr gut lüften konnte und es abends/nachts nicht so warm war. Die Lage ist super - man kann zu Fuß zu mehreren Stränden laufen und ein Spaziergang zum Leuchtturm zum Sonnenuntergang ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der Pool war immer eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Baustelle nebenan war manchmal zu hören, aber hat uns nicht gestört.

Apartamento muy limpio y en buen estado. Algo alejado del centro. Toda la zona en construcción de apartamentos, en obras, sin vistas . Cocina equipada con todo tipo de menaje. Lástima que no hubiera lavadora ni cafetera nespresso o similar( habia cafetera americana). El baño tenia de todo Camas cómodas. Se aparca coche comodamente delante del apartamento

No wifi

The bad: No wifi. Almost nothing provided, expect to bring your own hand soap. No washing machine. No extras that make stays easier - spare linens, beach towels, shampoo, beach toys. The entire neighborhood is a construction zone and will be for many years (this applies to any property on the peninsula). The good: amazing location!! 10-15 minute walk to many gorgeous beaches so you don't need to worry about parking. Pool outside was nice, we were usually the only ones there. Nice sized apartment with a nice balcony.

Cranes and JCB’s

The star deductions are mainly for the enormous building and excavation works in process immediately adjacent to our apartment. This wasn’t just ‘some building work’ going on. This was the largest building development project in the whole area and is likely to be ongoing for several years. Roads were closed and access to the beautiful coastline was marred by this. If there had been transparency re this whilst booking it wouldn’t have been too bad as we would have been for- warned and would have booked elsewhere, or maybe a deduction in cost would have compensated. The area in itself is of course absolutely beautiful with the stunning coastline and natural beauty. Also in an age where WI-FI is as much as a given as running water it was a shock that there was no provision at all and although there is no mention of Wi-Fi in the apartment amenities it is a lazy effort to have none. The apartment is comfortable and v clean, the pool lovely. We enjoyed our stay and did lots of walks along the coastline (after negotiating the dust and rubble jcb’s and diggers) and visited beaches in the area - all beautiful. Did a boat trip to the caves and grottos, incredible. The old town of Lagos is worth a visit, great restaurants, very pretty.

Schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht

Das Apartment liegt in einer schönen kleinen Anlage mit ca. 10 Parteien. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Sie liegt in Laufnähe der Strände Dona Ana und Camilo, was super ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, allerdings ist rund um die Anlage eine sehr große Baustelle, weil nebenan ein Apartment-Hochhaus sowie einige Luxusvillen gebaut werden. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin natürlich nichts. Es hat uns auch nicht übermäßig gestört, weil wir durch unsere kleine Tochter eh früh wach sind und die Kleine fand die Bagger natürlich toll. Wenn man auf der Suche nach totaler Ruhe ist, ist es aktuell vielleicht nicht das richtige.

Beautiful two-br, 1-bath apartment on second floor. 1-minute drive to beaches. At this time there is heavy construction next door, but since we spent most of the day at the beach, this was not a problem. VERY economical compared to similar apartments in the area.

Wonderful apartment with a nice pool

We spent a very nice week at the apartment. It was comfortable and had everything we needed including an umbrella for the beach. Also the pool is very nice! There is a construction site close by, which you can hear during the week when you sit on the balcony but it was not too bad.

Schöbe, gepflegte Wohnung in guter Lage am Ortsrand

Objekt war wie beschrieben und ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe/ Hinterlegung hat wunderbar geklappt. Eigentlich alles prima bis auf den Lärm. Leider rückt gefühlt die Baustelle am Nachbargrundstück jeden Tag näher. Werktags um 07:30 Uhr ging's mit schweren Geräten (Bagger & LKW) los bis Abends Man konnte die Wohnung / Balkon nur am Wochenende auch tagsüber (wenn nicht zufällig auch am Samstag gearbeitet wird) nuutzen.

Séjour lagos.

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé dans une copropriété (10 lots). Piscine un peu abîmé. Manque le wifi. Les plages autours surtout camillo sont bondées au mois d'août. L'eau est à 18°c donc difficile de se baigner. Les balades en kayak au milieu des bateaux de visites ne permet pas non plus d'apprécier la balade. Lagos est un lieu surcôté, certes les plages sont jolies mais cela s'arrête là.

Angenehme Wohnung in Apartmentanlage mit Pool

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage mit einem Pool. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit einem guten Standard ausgestattet Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Die Unterkunft kann gut gelüftet und beschattet werden, für den extremen Hitzefall gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Steilküste mit den malerischen Buchten ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ist aber in der sommerlichen Hauptsaison überbevölkert. Neben der Apartment-Anlage wird ein sehr großes Spa-Resort gebaut, was aktuell die Qualität der Aussicht stört und langfristig einen Klotz mit vielen Stockwerken bilden wird. Da die Baustelle aktuell nicht hochfrequent bewirtschaftet wird, gab es keinen Stress mit Baulärm. Alles in Allem eine gute Wahl! Für manche noch wichtig: Es gibt kein W-LAN

Quiet apartment near Camilo beach.
