“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. “The unit was exactly as described in the listing and offered excellent value for the price. The location was also hard to beat, with easy access to downtown Chicago and nearby attractions. For the cost and convenience, it’s a very attractive option. I did not experience any communication issues with the host during my stay, and everything I needed was provided. That said, based on the level of interaction, I could see communication potentially becoming a concern if a significant issue arose……

“Great location! My partner and I come to Chicago a lot and this was one of favorite stays. The rooftop area was great and being able to watch tv with the city lights was so fun plus the main bathroom had heated floors. I was very impressed with the penthouse. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The building contains plenty of amenities, including a park-like courtyard that made our dog walks a breeze. (There is a pet deposit on top of the general deposit, but both were refunded without a problem.) We appreciated the location, which is a section of Lincoln Park we weren't familiar with but has a great selection of stores and restaurants within a short walk from the front door. “Location was good and close to everything we wanted to do while in Chicago.”

“The code that was provided was incorrect. I was so anxious waiting outside the building until I was lucky that other guests were out and helped me get in. I tried reaching the “24/7” line but no response until a while and they had to reset everything before I was able to get in. First and last time I will be staying here. The bed is so small for even one person and the bathroom lights felt like a ghost was there. Do not book here, your anxiety will be through the roof !”

“The location, floorplan and additional amenities like private garage parking and rooftop entertainment space were greatly appreciated during our stay. The property and furnishings do show some normal wear that I expect for a popular rental but it did not affect our enjoyment of the property and I’ll add that everyone in my family commented on how comfortable the beds were.
