“3 bedrooms - excellent if you have a large party. Plenty of space, stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware). Comfortable beds, free wifi. Very clean throughout and had been thoroughly updated, so rooms and furniture did not feel old or crusty at all. It was a great place to call home base during our visit. Nothing special (ie did not have anything "impressive") but nothing bad either. A dirty dish towel, and dirty towel in bathroom were left behind by previous guests. Checkin……

“If you’re doing anything at Wrigley Field, I’m convinced there is not a better place to stay. It’s a great neighborhood - quiet, safe, clean, etc.The home was perfect for our group of 6. We could easily have accommodated a couple more. The host was very responsive. I felt like I had to ask way more questions than I normally do just because I’m very unfamiliar with this part of Chicago, and they always responded quickly. If we ever have another concert or game to go to at Wrigley, I will be……

“Surprised by the 10star reviews. Chairs broken in the kitchen. Chairs extremely rusted in the patio along with lots of junk out there. Springs uncomfortable in the couch. Bathroom in small bedroom is TINY and grungy.Kitchen well equipped except for only 1 towel and a used sponge on countertop.Price and extra fees too much. Location is really good but will not rebook!”

“The location is great but the host should have mentioned that it is right in front of a train line so it is very noisy all day and night. The apartment would have huge potential if it would be decorated more cozy, kept up with the maintenance and some higher quality furniture. After we put our kids to bed there wasn’t really a comfy place to relax. The couch isn’t very spacious or comfortable. And besides the couch are only some uncomfortable chairs. Also blankets for a cozier stay would be……
