「The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. 「We stayed in the room 118 on Memorial day. The room is very clean but the bathroom spout faucet is broke that means when we lifted it up ONLY less haff the water go to the shower the rest go down the tub. Another problem is when you lifted the drain lid it will go down right away. Do not book room 118 till they fix that problems.」
