Getting the bus was no problem stopped right outside the hotel, there was also a courtesy bus into Luganda where you can get a boat around the lake stopping at villages on route.

"Walking distance to Milan MALPENSA airport without going outside on the road from arrival hall.
Need better signage from airport indicating the name of the Hotel.
Some of the receptionist English is not up to par otherwise they are helpful.
Breakfast is sumptuous and many varieties. Excellent food."
"We had a really lovely stay at Zeus Essence Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff made the whole experience even better. What we really appreciated was the free transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. It made travelling so much easier and saved us the extra hassle of arranging transport. Another thing that stood out was their kindness and flexibility. Even though it wasn’t yet time for check-in, they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage safely while we waited. Those little gestures really make a difference when you’re travelling. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"
"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
