“It's overall too old even just after their renovation.”

“The pool didnt work, there was food in the fridge, no toilet paper, pool was out of order, shower and tub had hair in it, mold in the shower, black stuff cane out of tub jets after i bleached it, offered a diff room but no refund and after 3 keys didnt work i got tired of going up and down and stayed in the first horrible room . Never ever again.!!”

“Towels were all stained. Shower was dirty. Heater was loud and had to be set on Max just to hear room. They didn't have any breakfast. Not just Continental, but NO breakfast. Asked staff about it and he said we're all out. Mind you that was the 2nd day in a row and I was there at the beginning of "breakfast hours". ”

“I have stayed here several times and can say the cleanliness all the way to the customer service was top notch. You are only a stranger once. After that, you are family. Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan.”

“Clean room. Hot tub was HOT. Pool was nice. All you can eat breakfast was substantial. Close to outside food options. ”

“Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!”

“There is NOT a hot tub as advertised on the website. The hotel is under renovation, supplies piled in the hallway. The common areas were very dusty, so much that you could write your name in the dust on top of a table next to the elevator. The faux plant was also covered in dust. There was no mention of the hotel being under renovation on the hotel website. This would have been nice to know ahead of time especially for those people who suffer from allergies and respiratory issues.”
