“This property is a jewel. Interior was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The water view was totally visible from the family room area. The house was spotless when we arrived, with everything we needed for our stay. Our senior dog enjoyed the enclosed fenced yard. Can't wait to return for another visit.”

“Do NOT book with this person. They literally cancelled our reservation the day it was supposed to start. I sent a message to the owner asking what the code was to get in the door and without saying a word to me they cancelled the reservation. We were staying there for 2 nights and we were forced to find other accommodations last minute which ended up being a huge pain because you can’t book same day through VRBO. So instead of a 2 bedroom house we had to all 4 sleep in one hotel room. DO NOT……

“The cottage was clean, organized, and well put together. We didn't even use the second bedroom because the one bedroom had two twins, but this cottage could easily sleep 4. The location was a little more removed that I would have liked (Ocklawaha is basically a one-stop light town), and there was some noise from being so close to Gator Joe's, but it was still a nice, quiet location.”

“This was our second week-long stay at the lovely Dreamcatcher Cottage. The Cottage was just as expected: clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with considerate and thoughtful hosts nearby if needed to support our stay. We come to this area primarily to ride the Withlacoochie Trail on our tandem, and it is a short ride from the home to the Trail, about a half-mile. A shed is provided for bicycle storage. We just settle in to the home with our groceries and enjoy our rides, cooking our meals and……

“Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay.”
