Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in……

“Was falsely promised a good view and turned out we got a room facing another building. Amenities are very old. Inspite being a birthday weekend, no courtesy change of room provided.”

“They could not find their maintenance man to unlock the pool, apparently he had the one and only gate key to the pool. At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty. The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood.”

“First of all. Don’t judge this hotel by the pictures on Expedia. There is a reason there are not many. The building and facilities are not updated or well maintained. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel where quality matches price. This is the place for you. If you stay here-do not use the cheaper non refundable rate that is offered. I made that mistake. Expedia doesn’t care that the pictures they allow on their listing doesn’t represent the actual hotel. The lobby and main floor……

“The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.)
