"Everything was great, only thing that could be improved is, if you could remind cleaning people to re-fill body wash and shampoo dispensers. Body wash was empty and shampoo was very close to empty. Otherwise, it was perfect! "

"We were originally put in a disabled and hearing impaired room, but upon request were moved to a better room. The hotel is not updated at all, carpet was dull and dirty, as well as elevators. "

Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. "

"We were there in winter so it was cold, not walking. They did have a bowl for a pet. Backyard for walking your dog if you have one."

"We had a fantastic time at this property, with awesome views of the lake and comfortable driving distance to everything we had planned. There aren't many true lakefront properties available during the off-season, so this was perfect! The renovations to the property were also a plus. "

"The cottage was exactly as pictured - super cozy and perfect for a couple! There was only one quilt so we actually bought a comforter while we were out Saturday because we typically don’t sleep with the same blanket because we’re both blanket hogs. The host had an issue using Vernon to charge my card so I had to follow an external link to pay which I wasn’t a fan of but it worked out.Overall it was a good stay and we would book it again!"
