“The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.”

“The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind……

“Plenty of parking available, the staff were friendly and helpful. The actual accommodation is very tired and dated. The sink in the bathroom was totally cracked and in my opinion could be dangerous.”

“The place was not open when I tried to get in all doors were locked, the receptionist didn't have my booking details. There was a set of building steps at the door that I needed access to get into my room. The room stank of paint and the pictures in the advertisement was not the same as the room that I was given. The phone number that was advertised on the entrance did not exist. The place was a horrible tip thats why I lefr after an hour.”

“網上已付全數房費，出發前也跟酒店溝通好到達時間，但到埗後付過按金後，才被告知沒有房間，首晩被安排到離車站步行約20分鐘的另一間酒店，該酒店門外掛著的房間比我們預定的價格便宜約30%，該酒店位置偏僻、陰暗，門外公園有很多露宿者，早餐地點沒有保安，早餐時更被黑人瘋子騷擾。”

“Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.”

“A really handy stop off on the way to the coast to an event. Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed plus lovely staff! As we arrived later in the day we decided to eat in the pub next door.. the food was basic but OK. The breakfast was also served in the pub and at both meals the staff were really welcoming and helpful. I would stay again if I was in the area overnight.”

“Hotel was in a quiet location with la lot of parking. Its a large hotel but was lacking in guests. Thre is nowhere to get an an evening meal. Breakfast simple but adequate. The room was large but it was very hot, the window sash was broken and Lthough a fan was provided it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom was ok but the heated towel rail could not be switched off and therefore far to hot!. Wr did visit during exceptionally hot weather.”

“Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close……
