“The location of this property is very convenient, and it was very quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that is needed for those who cook - like a strainer or colander. Other than that, the kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Uptown gem. Our dates were 1st week of March so a little cold, but we did brave one walk down to the park and lake and it was amazing. So many people were out walking, biking and running: seems like a really active part of the city. I can only imagine how amazing it would be from spring -fall. We didn’t really utilize the house space because all our plans were out and about in the twin cities, but it has a full kitchen and dining room table and nice little……

“We were in town to do a college visit at the University of Minnesota. The property was an easy ten minute drive to the U and conveniently located off of I-94, which is why we picked this rental. Check-in was easy with abundant street parking available. The rental was very clean and looked even better in person than it does in the pictures. The two bedroom set-up was perfect for my husband and I and our two children for our two-night stay. It's located in a very quiet, residential area that felt……

“this property was very clean. the outside might look normal. But the inside is very nice and very clean. I didn't like the radiators but that was very miner. Host was easy to contact and gave advice on popular areas to visit.”

“Sweet 3rd floor apartment. Historically decorated. Beautiful view, next to St Paul Brewery. Perfect location when visiting St. Paul. 5-10 minutes away from downtown. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.”

“The house is beautiful and the wood work is amazing. The first floor bathroom tub needs repair, the tub is cracked and it feels unsafe to stand to shower. The kitchen did not have a can opener; which was needed to open the cans for our Green beans casserole. Thank goodness I live locally because I was able to bring my own pots and pans, casseroles dishes, can opener, and peeler. Also, there was no dishwasher soap and I had to do all the dishes by hand. Overall, we had a wonderful time.”

“The check-in process wad easy and communication with the host, Brenda was excellent. She was quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We knew it was a 2nd level upstairs unit and the place was clean and cozy. However, the place was a little older and kind of chilly at times, and the floor boards were squeaky so we tried our best not to make too much noises. Not sure if the older heaters worked or not but we didn't have any thicker blankets to utilize to keep warm. *Please bring……

“If you need a spot to house many people and be a short uber drive to Xcel arena or downtown St Paul this is the place. Highly recommend Brunson's Pub and Caydence Records and Coffee. If you want to venture a little farther Surly Brewing is a awesome place”

“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Our party had 4 members, and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The apartment was lovely, and the host was excellent: communicative and accommodating. For our weeklong stay, the washing machine and dryer proved very useful. The area is in a quiet and safe area, and near enough to several bus routes for easy travel into and back from the Uptown area. If we ever find ourselves in Minneapolis again, we will make every effort to book this same……
