“fantastic place”

“Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. Only grumble was the noisy extractor in our bathroom it needs replacing, we used torches to use bathroom in the night so as not to waken our neighbours but we did report it to reception and hopefully it will be fixed for next guests. Overall a clean and……

“Always a wonderful place to stay in South Wales.”

“Next to the beach and close to a grocery chain shop. Weather was exceptionally hot.”

“酒店設施及衛生都很好，但因沒有冷氣，被子又太保暖，蓋了很熱，不蓋又很冷，所以整晚都不能入睡！”

“Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge.”

“The hotel generally and also the rooms were tired and dated and in need of a refresh/renovation. Price point for this specific hotel was too high. Breakfast was mediocre as was the bar. It was like something out of the 70's. I won't be returning.”

“Unable to contact hotel by phone tried for over 2hrs information. Had to return to the hotel to get information.”
