“Rooms need to repaired toilet was loose tank ank sink was cracked no vent fan covers paint on ceiling in bathroom was coming down cracks in walks in bathroom.. bathroom needs new tub new toilet new sink. Refrig was froze up. but as for as cleanbeding and towels it was good ”

“My adult children and I stayed 4 nights and chose the location because we had friends in Donaldsonville, Baton Rouge and New Orleans - the location was perfect for visiting everyone - central to the entire area and experience. Added bonus is that it is a little secluded in an area with a couple of other hotels and it was very quiet and traffic was minimal. All of my expectations were met and the front desk - all 3 individuals we dealt with over our 4 day stay were amazing - friendly and very……

“Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for……
