At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay."

"The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast...

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

"Was a very good stay. Room was very good and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. The the buffet breakfast selection was big and ranged from traditional Indian to continental. There were also a few resturants withing minutes walk like the Persian Darbar."

"Firstly did not realise that their is no attached bath. One just assumes such things. They mentioned parking when there was none. The Hotel accepted and said we could cancel but need to do it online. Then there were multiple calls with Expedia and they did not refund the entire amount. This is my second bad experience with Expedia of late"

"This is a good value hotel on Marine Drive. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. As an international traveler, I felt safe at all times. The free breakfast was delivered promptly to the room and it was delicious but it was the same thing every morning. I highly recommend the hotel for a budget conscious traveler."

"A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay. Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation. All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff."

"Booked on-line easy check in, room clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. Great wifi.helpful staff.Except the the bed linen it didn't feel clean. Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. When i complained they didn't think it was a big deal..as im from the uk my expectations of cleanliness was very high compared to there's. "
