「It's a bad experience, I'm a businessman who stays in hotels a lot, and they call you out early, even if it's not the check-out time, the pillows are hard, even though there are four of them, none of them can sleep, they put the coffee machine in the toilet room.」

「Hotel was in nice condition for its age. The real upside was each member of the staff I met was truly great. Welcoming, polite, personable….just fun to interact with. Breakfast was good and the guy that ran it was delightful in addition to pointing out to me that my wallet and cash had fallen out of my pocket….honesty and helpfulness at its best.」

「Nice property, convenient. Repair work needs to be done in bathroom tub. Room was always clean. It smelled clean all the time. Simple breakfast- not much there! Very kind employees.」

「We had a wonderful girls weekend at the Peaceful Country Retreat with my best friend and her two daughters. The house was perfect and very spacious and lots to keep the kids entertained without having to leave the house for the weekend. We caught so many good size bass and enjoyed cooking out and enjoying the back porch and the scenery. Kelly was very responsive and helpful when needed we can't wait to come back! 」

「Its beautiful. They have thought of everything you might need & then some. Loved watching the exotic animals & the peaceful surroundings. The cabin feels like home. I love the "Andi Sloan" sayings! The cookies were delicious. They even sent messages of love day of funeral. John & Karen are very special people. You can tell how much they love people & the area. Itll be the best vacation every. They also have deer hunts & San Saba has unique stores. Absolutely love San Saba. Wish I coild upload...
