“dated hotel. all the upgrades are lobby, sort of. nothing done in elevator, guest floors, ice machine placements. staff is great mostly. clean bedding, comfy beds. needs some serious attention to cleaning vents, window sills, bathroom ventilation, tub plugs.”

“Beautiful Victorian hotel in the heart of downtown. Great German bakery right across the street and an eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants. Free parking onsite. Room was nice, mixing elements of old and new. Very friendly service, even at a very late arrival time.”

“This is probably the fourth time my husband and I have stayed here when in Smiths Falls. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very quiet. All staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. That’s why we keep coming back.”
