Place is very warm and cosy

The owners are also super nice and helpful. We went there for a quiet and cozy time during Christmas. It was wonderful, we will be back for sure.

It was the perfect spot for a family get away. We enjoyed the swing and the fire pit after a day of site seeing. It was close to the site and sound theater.it is a great place for a Lancaster vacation.

Beautiful and clean

The house has been beautifully restored. The owners have been able to keep so much charm, while adding modern touches. The house was also VERY clean. The property is well maintained and the area was peaceful and quiet. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back the next time we come to the area.

The quiet Getaway

Home was Beatifuil inside and out perfect for a family of 3 Lancaster County is Gods Creation and this place offers a front row seat. Highly recommended

Wonderful

This was the most gorgeous place to stay. I loved the original architecture of this refurbished cabin and the attention to detail with the furnishing. The area was very scenicand peaceful and it was close to lots of local attractions. Will definitely want to book again in the future for a longer stay.

My wife and I will be making this a yearly place for us this was right up our alley and what we seek in life. would move into this property permanently today of we could . Great hosts everything as described and more . fell in love with the views and property

Peaceful and Quiet

We had a wonderful stay at John & Deb's house. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and cozy with everything one would need for a four day stay. The house is located in a great location on a quiet street around amish farms. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return again.

Quaint, get away

This is our third time staying here. We love it! Kitchen is stocked for whatever you want to make. Communication was excellent beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the cookies and breakfast sausages that were left for us. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect getaway

We wanted to get away for a few days and this house was just perfect. Surrounded by farmland with horse and buggies passing by, the neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and friendly. The house was wonderful, very clean, very comfortable and was a short drive to all attractions in the area. I would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Loved It!

This was our 3rd stay in this lovely home. The location could not be nicer. It is so quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed watching the Amish farmer next door plant tobacco and the ongoing horse & buggy traffic. The house is one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. John & Deb have thought of everything to make it feel just like home, right down to the fresh baked cookies waiting on the kitchen table. There is not a thing I would change about this house. Thank you John & Deb! We can't wait to stay with you again! :)

A little bit of Paradise

Beautifully restored home in a wonderful location. If youre looking for peace and quiet, look no further. This home has just what you need. From the sunrise in the morning to the sunset in the evening, you can just sit on the front or back porch and enjoy all this property has to offer. Thank you John and Deb. This was the perfect location and home to immerse yourself in Lancaster County and all that it has to offer. Every evening, we sat at the Firepit and watched Horse & Buggies pass by. On Sunday, a church meeting place must have been close because 20-30 passed by our home before 900 am. Very few cars through here. The house itself was perfect. Modern ammenties but an old feel. Would stay here again. Would stay here longer next time.
