“Such a wonderful stay, we've already booked another. After a few other failed attempts in the area, we found this retreat. My father-in-law lives nearby, so this is a frequent destination for us. A large one bedroom/one bath, with fantastic sitting area both indoor and outside allowed us to relax here for hours. Oscar the cat is a nice attendant (just don't allow him inside). Sightings of Meg the horse are amazing. Of course, the host, Julie, will greet you upon arrival if timing is right, and……

“The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.”

“This rental is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out with plenty of space. It’s very comfortable and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The owners have provided everything you might need, from Wi-Fi and Netflix to coffee and the ingredients for s’mores - even spare toothbrushes, just in case. “Property was clean and as advertised. We had a problem with the water heater when we arrived but it was repaired quickly. We are older adults (760 and a hand rail on the left side of the stairs would have made us feel more comfortable, but we got by ok. Also some grab bars in the shower would be nice. Over all a very nice place. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“This was the first VRBO I've ever stayed in, usually opting for chain hotels because of the rewards. Whoever built this place did an amazing job with the lighting. Everything is labelled in a cute way that makes everything easy to find. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen has all the utensils and spices to make just about anything. The back porch has a beautiful view, it's secluded but not so secluded that you can't get food delivery. It's in a great location outside of Asheville, we would……

“I was in town for a conference attended by hundreds of high school theatre kids. Hotels get busy and noisy. This was a much better alternative. It was out away from the noise and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was also not so far away that it took forever to find civilization. The property managers were great. There were little gifts in the loft upon my arrival that made me feel right at home. I would love to have stayed longer. If I am back in the area, I will certainly book this again.……
