"Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am."

"It's a bit of a shame that they put so much effort to add those little touches to feel like the place has everything you need but fir that toilet in the corner that is not suitable for most normal sizes people, what were you guys thinking? Also it's unfortunate that I ended up in one of the hottest ..."
