「Refrigerator in kitchen would not stay cold, spoiled food and milk soured over night. Lady bugs overwmed the inside of the house. Ceiling fan in living room has a short and light blinks all the time. Ceiling fan in pool table room would not come on. Most vacuums did not work or had broken plugs. Algae build up on rug by pool and hot tub was very slippery. Both coffee pots would not stay hot. General maintenance outside could definitely be improved kind of dirty and unappealing. 「there was lack of clarity around whether my AARP or AAA membership was applied; although I was told if I didn't use it when I made the reservation on line; It probably wasn't applied. I mentioned it when I checked in but they never asked for my card to verify my membership.」
