「Front desk was very pleasant and informative.. room spacious bed comfortable. Breakfast was like every other hotel chain. Will stay here again if in town.」

「The staff didn’t clean the room or take out the trash when we stayed 2 nights. Also we called for bedding and it took like a hour to get it. Our phone in the room didn’t work and the tv didn’t work」

「Don't really bother with the free breakfast at hotels. the one day I do everything is out except the waffle maker. By 9am! Attendant at check in not so helpful, The corner of the hotel she points to when telling me where to park & my room was did not even have an enterance, let alone being anywhere near where the room actually was. What is so hard about having a diagram showing thel lobby and room locations? Guess I will try the otherr hotels when I am in town again.」
