“This property was advertised as an “entire home,” but it was not an entire private home. The house is divided into multiple sections with other people living in the front section of the house, and another bedroom in the back being used as a rental unit.Prior to check-in, the host sent us the access code through the Vrbo chat. However, the host did not disclose in writing that the code was specifically for the back unit of a shared property. Instead, after arrival, the host called us and……

“We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.”

“This place was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was equipped for what we needed it for. The front porch, which overlooked Lake Cayuga was so nice to sit there for our morning coffee and in the evening to watch the sun go down. The host was great to work with and very quick in responding to any question we had. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The only thing would be the street took forever to get off it since it was a few miles long and only one car could get through at a time……
